Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that its navy conducted coordinated attacks targeting four United States airbases across West Asia, as part of Operation True Promise 4.
In its 40th statement, issued by the IRGC’s Public Relations Office, it said that the naval forces launched simultaneous waves of attacks during the early hours of the morning against the Al-Dhafra, Ali Al-Salem, Sheikh Isa, and Al-Udeid airbases.
According to the statement, the attacks were carried out using a combination of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles equipped with new warheads, and one-way attack drones.
The IRGC said the strikes targeted key military infrastructure within the bases, including command and control centers, air traffic control towers, air defense hangars, and logistics warehouses.
Iranian forces stressed that the attacks were conducted by the naval arm of the IRGC as part of broader retaliatory operations against US military assets in the region.
The statement further noted that analysis of satellite imagery indicates that more than 80% of strategic radar systems and other vital installations at the targeted bases were destroyed.
According to field reports cited by the IRGC, the strikes also resulted in confusion within the command structure of US forces stationed at the facilities and a decline in morale among personnel in the field.

Just before the announcement of these operations, the Commander of the IRGC-N, Alireza Tangsiri, said that Iran had repeatedly warned Gulf states that the US and the West would not bring them security.
"In times of need, they will sacrifice you for their own interests," Tangsiri stated.
"Today you see how they have sacrificed you for their own ambitions," he explained, adding, "The only way to reform is unity among Islamic states and expelling America from the region."
